PaulHolland 5pts I absolutely agree that Peter is taking it seriously, and I wouldn't call it a failure. I am just saying I don't like it. And I still maintain that this site is pretty stressing on a purely "visual stimuli" level. Too many things all over the place, instead of a just nice clean layout. And I still don't understand how this is an "expansion" of the column. This is just another new site with some new writers. I enjoy the expansion of the Peter King brand (for example the Friday Gameplan column he started in recent years was awesome), but if SI wanted some new writers for the NFL page then they could've hired these same writers. And now there are 2 NFL pages on SI.com? It's just weird. But I guess Peter will adress this when they post this weeks column sometime soon. skolsquad 5pts Jeeze, you guys are being way too hard on this site. I'm sure Peter and his crew appreciate any and all feedback but to say that its stressing and depressing, and implying that Peter isn't taking it seriously and is failing is way over the top. How hard is it to scroll through 10 articles in big, bold boxes, and click on the ones that spike your interest? Or if you like a certain writer, how hard is it to click the person's face on the right hand side and be directed to their articles? A first grader could literally figure it out.I do have a suggestion for Peter for this feature though: The subtitle under "The Season" is telling me that basically I just need to view this page to get my weeks fill of football. Isn't the point of this site to keep readers coming back on a daily basis? Just my two cents... keep up the good work. BigJoe 5pts 1 Like I love the content (its really 1st rate) but the finding of columns could be easier. I end up just going to archive tab and reading that day's info. Peter, in today's world the simplicity of access is as important as the content. It's why tv news programs and newspapers are dying. Keep it simple stupid. PaulHolland 5pts 1 Like I just feel stressed by this site. There are things all over the place with a bunch of different names. I enjoy Peter's writing, period. This done not feel like an expansion of MMQB, but just some weird hodgepodge of ideas for new features thrown together into a confusing new site. I know it's the beginning, but I am kind of depressed actually. The MMQB column and the mailbag were near perfect as they were. I don't get it. CoolAssPuppy 5pts I'm confused. This is a weekly feature that's a PDF we download? Come on now. Just make it a page that renders really nicely on mobile devices. Also, instead of tabloid-style news, how about a real one-page summary of the day's happenings in the NFL, every day, with links for further reading. I'd even sign up for this one page digest as an email that I get in the evening. Bonus points if the digest arrives 15 minutes prior to the kickoff of the Thursday night game with a giant banner up top that reads: "Don't forget to adjust your fantasy team!".I have high hopes for this site because the design is going to be infinitely better than Pro Football Talk and the quality of contributors is high. Please take it seriously. Carnies Rubes 5pts So much for this being a serious football site. Yet another tabloid-sports hybrid. Boring. King you have failed. EABOD. redepistaxis 5pts @Carnies Rubes So the existence of one bit of fun article nullifies all the 'serious' journalism on this site? Good to know. kingbundy 5pts @Carnies Rubes mature, real mature JaguarsBlog 5pts You mean the Teddy Bridgewater Watch is on, right?
