Don't care to watch online videos. billspev 5pts Peter, I agree with those who never watch the online videos. Print it out. Ego is the only reason for the video comments, and I don't have the time to admire your hair-do. racy0057 5pts I think the Chiefs are going to be the only road team to prevail, this weekend. How they played in week 16 is so uncharacteristic of how I've seen them play, throughout the season and was their only "blowout" loss. I think Andy Reid saw a physically and mentally fatigued team, who were beginning to struggle with maintaining their focus and that is why he sat the starters against the Chargers. It is apparent just how important it is for the defense to have both Hali and Houston, on the field together, based on the decline of the defense, when Houston got hurt. I think with both healthy and having the pass rush they had during the first half of the season, they shouldn't be nearly as vulnerable the big plays and it will help thier struggling secondary with coverage,.I've seen the Chiefs go from a team almost totally dependant on their defense, for half of the season, to a team that was one of the highest scoring teams in the league, over the 2nd half of the regular season. Alex Smith has shown the ability to go toe to toe with Manning and Rivers and the ability to go downfield, once Reid opened up the playbook, after the first Denver game. So,if the Chiefs can play to the level displayed at different times, during the season, in all 3 phases, they will be hard for any team to beat. I see a healthy, rejuvenated and focused team going into Indy Saturday and I think that they will prevail. fallhoff 5pts I'm not clicking on these videos to watch them, but I'd read two paragraphs about each team. dzjc01 5pts Peter, I'm probably in the minority here, but what happened to writing prose? Gawd I hate watching videos online. DennyCrane 5pts I can barely stomach reading his Peyton/Tom love fest drivel. I'm certainly not going to waste my time listening to it. strawwalker 5pts Eagles will be the surprise team may well go deep into play-off DillonAustin 5pts How could you always have Peter King agree with you? Just pick Tom Brady or the Patriots for anything. blashilla 5pts "I don't see Seattle losing at least until the Superbowl" "It wouldn't surprise me at all if San Francisco hosts up the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the Superbowl"Seems rather contradictory. But I guess it did get everyone in the comments to say "you're right" since you gave just about everyone your vote. StepheninPortland 5pts If Percy Harvin is activated for the playoffs, that might clear up some of Seattle's offensive inconsistencies. Just having him on the field will give defensive coordinators nightmares. FrankStroble 5pts Peter, the Eagles beat the Giants at the Meadowlands this year (Sunday, Oct. 6), but lost to them at home later in the month. unitcaptain11 5pts Peter is right about the Seahawks. The offense is the weak link, because of the offensive line. The Seahawks probably cant win a high scoring game. But their defense is so good, they may not have to. josef918 5pts I would venture to guess 90% of people visited this article, saw that it wasn't an article but a collection of videos, and immediately closed it. I sure did the first time, as I do on just about any news article presented the same way. When will this trend die? JamesMartens 5pts I go to this site to READ articles from a writer. Not listen to him. Did he say something more meaningful than if he typed it? SportBiomech 5pts The Advanced Algorithm Rankings, which recursively adjust for game-by-game point differential and opponent strength, have Denver #1 with a True Win % of 74.75%, followed by Seattle (73.63%) and San Francisco (69.21%).http://nfladvancedpowerrankings.blogspot.com/2013/12/final-2013-power-rankings.html Tower42 5pts @billspev Im not a big fan of Peter's, but I can say that Ego has nothing to do with it, but more to do with how younger people consume information on the internet. I find the videos annoying as Im sure Peter does too for having to do them at all. But the fact is, younger people love to consume audio and viedo on the net. For those of us who are not in that demo graphic, well we just have to suck it up and watch it if we want the info. kmac360 5pts @racy0057How does that prediction feel right about now? Oops. Here's to a Whiners loss on the frozen Lambeau tundra! Wishful thinking maybe, but I can't stand those clowns. RobertM 5pts @racy0057 Agree 100% AlexanderOmoniyiAjayi 5pts @DennyCrane u are so spot on about this biased reporter who cannot be circumspect about the league he covers. It's always about Tom\peyton. U will think they are the only contributors to team Success. I see one of them getting to Superbowl but losing to robust smashmouth NFC football which King hates LOL. j7apple 5pts @blashilla They best get by the minus 20 degree weather Sunday in Green Bay ..brutal forecast rckymtn4 5pts @josef918 I clicked on one video to confirm my suspicions and I was correct. There is an advertisement at the front of each video. That is why these commentaries are in video. Being such, this trend will never die. JustSomeCrankyDude 5pts @josef918 Color me part of the 90%. I am so sick of this bizarre attempt to turn the internet into some post-literacy wasteland of talking head crap. If you want to throw in some videos for "multimedia content" purposes, go for it! But give us a transcript so that those of us who don't want to sit through the video can read the content in half the time. EasyGoer 5pts @josef918 You got the most likes I've seen in quite some time because you hit the nail on the head! I was extremely disappointed to see it was a set of videos.I didn't even watch them, just went straight to the comments. Median2 5pts @josef918 My thoughts exactly, If I wanted a video I wouldn't click on an article. BillieBob 5pts @Reedster2185 Guess that rehab isn't working out too well, eh Twerpster? Still obsessed with any mention of the Patriots. If the Thorazine isn't taking, have your ward-mate stick your head in a vice and give the handle a spin. Be sure to have a "safe" word... ets71982 5pts @Reedster2185 You didn't mention that Peter also gave his beloved Patriots more time than any of the other teams on his "One Minute Drill", Patriots get 1:40..... TomLucas 5pts @j7apple @blashilla With Percy coming back and with teams having to come to Seattle to play it's not going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination. Also you need to look at SFs last 2 trips to Seattle. They have been outscored 71-16. However it's not impossible, but I think when we lost here to AZ it was a wake up call to the Hawks as well as huge motivation tour team to not only work harder but to get our fundamentals back in order. It's going to be damn hard to beat the Hawks at home from here on out. scarbarough 5pts @JustSomeCrankyDude @josef918 And never, ever have the videos start automatically! jopomp2 5pts @BillieBob@Reedster2185 Good stuff !
